    Rates Compare Limited is a UK-based financial services company. We specialise in providing independent advice and comparison services for fixed-rate bonds and deposit products.

    2. Our Business

    Our business operates primarily in the UK financial services sector. We work with a network of authorised financial institutions and product providers to offer comparison and advisory services to individual and corporate clients seeking fixed-rate investment products.

    3. Our Supply Chains

    Our supply chains include: technology service providers, professional services firms (legal, accounting, compliance), marketing and communications agencies, office service providers, and financial product manufacturers we work with as an intermediary.

    4. Our Policies

    We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery.

    Key Policies Include:

    • Code of Conduct setting out expected standards for employees and suppliers
    • Supplier assessment procedures including modern slavery considerations
    • Whistleblowing policy enabling confidential reporting of concerns
    • Regular training for relevant staff on modern slavery awareness

    5. Due Diligence Processes

    We conduct due diligence on our suppliers and business partners, which includes assessment of their modern slavery policies and practices. We require suppliers to confirm their compliance with modern slavery legislation as part of our onboarding process.

    6. Risk Assessment

    Given the nature of our business as a financial services intermediary, we assess our direct risk of modern slavery as low. However, we remain vigilant about potential risks in our supply chain and conduct regular assessments of our suppliers and business partners.

    7. Training

    We provide training to relevant staff to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, and know how to identify and respond to potential issues.

    8. Monitoring and Review

    We regularly monitor and review our policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective in preventing modern slavery. This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the Board of Directors.
